As an international supplier, you package your product in a box or container, and then select a transporter to ship the products to the auction location of your choice. You are responsible for seeing that the products are accompanied by appropriate documentation. Supplemental information is sent by fax or email to the Import department. FloraHolland does the rest.
The Import department ensures that your products get the right treatment and are presented in the best possible way. This service is offered on a cost-neutral basis. FloraHolland also has the right facilities to guarantee your products’ quality and to trade them efficiently. This means you will get the best possible price for your goods.

Your eyes, ears and hands within the auction
The people in our Grower Consultancy Section act as your eyes and ears within the auction. Their job, first and foremost, is to assist you directly every day in maintaining product quality, and to provide information about your products and other topical subjects – in your own language wherever possible! Just as important is the advice you receive regarding post-harvest matters, packaging, grading, handling and supply.
