AALSMEER (26 october 2010) - Following successful negotiations, FloraHolland and import handling company BSZ have agreed that FloraHolland will participate in BSZ with a minority interest.
By joining forces BSZ and FloraHolland hope to strengthen the position of growers in the international supply chain by increased efficiency, synergy, and consistency in services among the import handling at the various locations of FloraHolland.
With the move to Aalsmeer, TFA Import Handling can continue its current activities at the new location next to BSZ. BSZ will continue to operate as an independent company and will retain its current director. By taking this step, the company is guaranteeing its continuity and development over the long term.
