International supply flowers almost at the normal level
FLORAHOLLAND (23 april 2010) - The international supply of flowers at FloraHolland has almost returned to its normal level. Several cargo flights from Ethiopia arrived with shipments containing roses. Kenya is still experiencing a shortage of freight capacity. The supply of summer flowers from Israel has reached its usual level. Meanwhile, products from Ecuador are auctioned as from today. The international supply of cut flowers will reach its normal level during next week, as it is expected. Both supply and pricing for roses, gypsophila, goldenrod, carnations and foliage become gradually more stable.
