Modifying 'Administrative collection' for buyers 

Buyers who sell products to each other using the collection scheme (also known as the trading scheme) at the Aalsmeer location, use the “Administrative collection” message. This will need to be modified to accept the 6-figure customer numbers. 

The specification of the new message version can be found in the document Berichtspecificatie administratieve incasso kopers versie 3 (only available in Dutch)

The implementation planning of the new message version is:

·         Till 10 June 2009: only version 2 (with current customer numbers, so no changes at all)

·         10 June - 30 December 2009: version 2 (with current customer numbers, so no changes at all) or version 3 (with CURRENT customer numbers, added with zero’s (‘0’) from the first position till 6-figure numbers)

·         31 December 2009 00:00h - 2 January 2010 12:00h: No message exchange possible to FloraHolland Aalsmeer (no response message sent and no processing of message)

·      From 2 January 2010 12:00h: only version 3 (with NEW customer numbers)

In the period till 30 December 2009 you can send test messages of version 3 to the test environment of FloraHolland Aalsmeer (addresses: editest@edi-acc.vba.com for internet or editest@vba-acc.florinet.com for Florinet). In the response message, which FloraHolland will send within a few minutes, you can see whether the message is received correctly.

Because FloraHolland is also testing her own ICT systems, it is possible that test environment is not available for a moment. In that case you won’t receive a response message. Please try testing again later or contact the Aalsmeer Servicepunt (0031 297-397000, option 2) to inform when the test environment is available again.
