For those of you who are not able to attend the General Member’s Meeting (GMM), FloraHolland, in the interests of increasing member involvement, is making it possible to follow the GMM via live Internet streaming!
This message will provide you with more information and an explanation of the electronic voting process.

Webcasting
There will be a pilot webcast during the GMM of 8 December next, giving you the opportunity to follow the meeting live on the Internet. For our international members, there will be 2 interpreters present who will translate the spoken proceedings of the meeting simultaneously into English.

Advantages
• Attend the GMM from your home or office as it’s broadcast live on the Internet.
• A recording of the GMM will be available afterwards via MyFloraHolland.

How does it work?
From 5 December the button ‘GMM’ [ALV] is available on this page. Click it and you will be able to log in with your so called participant number. This unique number, beginning with the letter ‘P’, can be acquired from your local accountmanager or the local office. Then you enter the home screen where you find the latest instructions. On 8 December at 19:30 pm local time, the live image of the GMM is visible on this screen. There will also be a phone number and instruction available to solve any occurring problems when playing the images on your computer.

From Monday 5 December you are able to log on to the webcasting.

Watch after the event
For those who missed the live stream, the GMM is also after the event online available. In this way, you are able to find the right information fast and directly play the video fragment of your choice.
