1. Can a buyer return a lot due to a poor product photo?
No. However, a buyer is entitled to return a lot if the product photo was misleading. This includes an incorrect mix, product code and/or color.

2. Can a buyer have access to my lot photo?
Yes, he can download the photos for use in his webshop from the central image bank. FloraHolland is also working on providing the photos directly with the purchase of a product.
