Auction

In the horticulture world, auction clocks continue to have a strong influence on global production and trade in flowers and plants. FloraHolland understands this intuitively, and therefore keeps this sales instrument up-to-date. With 39 auction clocks at its six locations, FloraHolland offers a wide assortment of flowers and plants. FloraHolland’s multiple-location strategy allows suppliers to trade their products in negotiation with local assortment managers at all our locations. Both in the stands and through KOA (Remote Buying) customers may buy from all FloraHolland locations.

Reliability above all

Selling at auction with FloraHolland means access to the global market. FloraHolland suppliers are required to submit all relevant information regarding quality, grading and packaging, clearly indicated on their (electronic) delivery form. Buyers may check the reliability of the pertinent grower’s supplied information through the reliability index (BI) on the clock face. The Quality Control Service monitors those who send their own reliability information by means of random checks, and informs buyers and growers of their findings.

Import, export and regional

Auction selling with FloraHolland grants access to the global market, especially through the three major export locations at Aalsmeer, Naaldwijk and Rijnsburg. In addition, the regional locations located in Bleiswijk, Venlo and Eelde provide excellent access to markets closer to you.
When you sell your flowers or plants – Dutch-origin and import products – using our auction clocks, FloraHolland takes care of speedy dispatching and problem-free financial processing.
