Information for suppliers.
As of 15 December 2010, FloraHolland will have one single Central Image Bank. This will bring about a single method for sending and managing photos for all FloraHolland clocks that display supplier photos. FloraHolland will also be making these images available to buyers as of mid-February 2011. You will find all information on this subject on these pages. If, after reading this, there are still some questions left, then please send an e-mail at servicepunt@floraholland.nl or call +31(0)297-397000 (monday till friday from 6:00-17:00)
On wednesday december 15th, the helpdesk (servicepunt) will be open till 20.00h.
How it works: photos are to be given a PhotoID
We have chosen to work with PhotoID. This method is already in use at the Naaldwijk and Rijnsburg auctions, and also at Aalsmeer for submitting lot photos. Soon, you will be using this method for all your photos. With PhotoID, you will be able to send your photos to the chain. Thanks to PhotoID, buyers will have precisely the images available that you have linked to your supply. You enter a unique PhotoID along with each image you submit.
* A PhotoID is unique and associated with one photo.
* Therefore, when replacing a photo with a new one, you will not be able to submit it with a previously-used PhotoID.
This uniform procedure for submitting and managing photos can be done in one of two ways:
* using the Image Bank service (via www.MyFloraHolland.com)
* using your own (photo) software.
